Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AICreator Studio handles information when you visit aicreator.work, contact the studio, or authorize a connected marketing service.

1. Scope and contact

This policy applies only to the AICreator Studio website at www.aicreator.work, messages sent to the studio, and connected marketing services expressly described below. It does not replace a mobile app's separate privacy policy.

“AICreator,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AICreator Studio. Third-party websites, app stores, mobile apps, and platforms have their own privacy practices.

2. Information handled by this website

Hosting and request data

The website is hosted on Vercel. When a browser requests a page, Vercel may process an IP address, approximate location inferred from the request, date and time, requested URL, browser and device information, referring page, response status, and security or diagnostic data. This information is used to deliver pages, protect the site, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse. Vercel describes its practices in its privacy notice.

Fonts and technical resources

The home page loads fonts from Google. A visitor's browser may therefore send ordinary network request information, including an IP address and browser details, to Google's font servers under Google's privacy policy.

Email and support

Text entered in the website contact form remains in the browser. Submitting the form opens the visitor's chosen email application with a prepared draft. AICreator receives the sender's email address, message, attachments, and ordinary email headers only if the visitor sends that email. We use correspondence to answer the request, keep necessary support records, protect the website, and meet legal obligations.

Cookies and website analytics

The current website source does not include a user account, advertising pixel, application analytics SDK, or server-backed contact form, and it does not set an AICreator application cookie. Hosting providers may still use necessary technical mechanisms to deliver and secure their services.

3. Connected marketing services

This section applies only when an authorized account operator deliberately connects a third-party marketing account through that provider's authorization screen. AICreator does not ask for or store the account password.

Pinterest

If Pinterest is connected, AICreator requests only the permissions shown during authorization and needed for the approved workflow. These may include reading and managing boards and reading and creating Pins.

The connection may process:

  • the Pinterest account identifier and basic profile information returned by Pinterest;
  • board identifiers, names, descriptions, and ownership;
  • approved Pin media, titles, descriptions, links, alt text, destination board, publication status, and Pin identifiers;
  • publishing receipts, errors, and security or diagnostic records; and
  • account or Pin analytics only when separately authorized and needed to measure an approved campaign.

OAuth credentials are stored outside the public website and source repository. They are used only for the authorized workflow and remain active only while the connection is authorized and needed. Each Pin must be selected or approved by the account operator before publication.

AICreator does not sell Pinterest data, use it for behavioral advertising, or use it to train an AI model. Pinterest data is not combined with unrelated personal data. Pinterest separately controls information in its service under the Pinterest Privacy Policy and Developer Guidelines.

4. How information is used

AICreator uses information covered by this policy to:

  • deliver, maintain, secure, and diagnose the website;
  • respond to support, privacy, legal, and safety requests;
  • perform a connected-platform action that an authorized account operator selected or approved;
  • record publishing results and measure approved campaigns;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; and
  • comply with law and enforce applicable terms.

AICreator does not sell personal information or use personal information covered by this policy for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. When information is disclosed

AICreator may disclose information to:

  • hosting, email, security, diagnostics, and support providers that perform services for the website;
  • Pinterest or another connected provider when the authorized operator requests an action on that platform;
  • authorities or other recipients when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, or prevent fraud and abuse; and
  • a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, or transfer of the relevant studio business, subject to law.

Providers receive only information reasonably needed for their role. Their independent processing is governed by their own notices and platform terms.

6. Retention

Information Retention criterion
Website and security logs According to operational, security, diagnostic, provider, and legal needs. Provider retention periods may differ.
Support and privacy correspondence Until the request is resolved and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain support, security, and legal records.
Connected-account credentials While the account remains authorized and the connection is needed. Active credentials are removed when AICreator learns that access was revoked or is no longer required.
Publishing and campaign records While needed to operate, reconcile, secure, and measure the approved workflow or comply with legal obligations.

When information is no longer needed under these criteria, AICreator deletes or de-identifies it where reasonably practicable. Protected backups may expire on a delayed rotation.

7. Your choices and requests

  • Email: do not send a message if you do not want AICreator to receive its contents.
  • Pinterest: revoke the connection through Pinterest's connected-app settings. After revocation, AICreator stops new API access when it learns of the change.
  • Privacy request: email AICreator to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or an appeal where applicable.

Privacy rights vary by location. AICreator may need to verify the requester and may retain information where law permits or requires it. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority.

8. Security and international processing

AICreator uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encrypted transport where supported. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

AICreator and its providers may process information in countries other than where a visitor or account operator lives. Where required, the relevant parties use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.

9. Children's privacy

This website and its connected marketing tools are not designed to solicit personal information from children. Contact AICreator if you believe a child submitted personal information through the website without appropriate authorization.

10. Changes to this policy

AICreator may update this policy when the website, connected services, or legal requirements change. The dates at the top identify the current version. Material changes will receive additional notice where appropriate.
